How does KhushFul (3-0-8) help with vegetative growth?

KhushFul contains Nitrogen(N), Potassium(K) in addition to micro-nutrients (B and Zn) in mobile and available forms that provide a large dose of energy to help accelerate plant growth in vegetative stages.

It supplements a normal fertility program for higher yields and quality potential.

What is the mechanism of action for Stress Reduction?

KhushFul’s formulation contains amino acids and vitamins extracted from Soy Hydrolysate using a proprietary process, which helps maintain their quality and integrity.

Betaines along with other plant extracts up-regulate a number of stress response pathways allowing plants to develop Systemic Acquired Resistance (SAR) and bounce back from stressful events.

KhushFul is a great addition to my production program. We used it extensively on onion fields last season that had suffered from hail damage and herbicide damage. We were able to bring all the fields back after using KhushFul as a foliar spray.

How can it be used?

KhushFul 3-0-8 is a flexible product that will mix with almost all fertilizers and ag-chemicals. It is formulated with surfactants and wetting agents to allow complete coverage and penetration as a foliar but is clean enough to go through drip tape as well

Can it be used on Permanent Crops?

Yes! KhushFul (3-0-8) will be a great additive to your spray program. When used with other ag-chemicals, will improve their uptake while providing nutrition and stress reduction.

Preliminary results on wine grapes in Paso Robles last year were extremely positive, more trials are ongoing.

What are the rates of use?

For Annuals (Tomatoes, Rice, Strawberries, etc.)

Foliar: (if spray volume is >25 gallons/acre, increase dosage to 1 quart)
- Seeded Crops
  - Use 20 days post seeding (after 2 true leaves) at 1 pint/acre
  - Apply every 15 days then on at 1-2 pints/acre
- Transplant Crops
  - Use 1 pint/acre at transplant
  - Apply every 15 days then on at 1-2 pints/acre
Drip: Apply 1/2 – 1 gallon per acre during growing season (starting 20 days post seeding/transplanting) depending on crop cycle.

For Permanent Crops (Vineyards, Orchards)

Foliar (Part of any tank-mix):
- 1 pint/acre if spray volume is <25 gallons/acre
- 1 quart/ acre if spray volume is >25 – 100 gallons/acre
- 2-3 quarts/acre for larger than 175 gallons/acre

Can be used to reinvigorate plants from stressful events. Use prescribed rates for different spray volumes
